摘要
库伦旗经过１５年重点治理，粮食产量明显增加。同时改善了生态环境，提高了土壤肥力，充分证明了粮食产量的提高离不开水土流失的治理。
Through 15 years' major harnessment in Kulun county, the grain production has been increased obviously. Meanwhile, the eco environment has been changed, the soil fertility has been improved. These showed that the grain production increasing couldn't do without harnessing soil and water loss.
