摘要
在简要介绍奈曼旗大凌河流域国家水保重点治理二期工程的基础上，对其所期望获得的效益作了详尽的分析，说明了重点治理工程是切实可行，且非常必要的。
On the basis of analysing major harnessive project results for national second phase of Daling river in Naiman county. The author analysed thoroughly the expected effects of harnssing work and put out the necessary and the feasibility of the major harnessive project.
