人类社会经历了三个经济阶段,现在正进入第三阶段—知识经济阶段.知识经济应具备的条件是:较发达的工业经济基础;社会整体知识水平;较高的创造和使用新知识的能力;高技术产业的基础和发展它的环境.中国只有少数地区具备这种主导发展知识经济的条件.发展知识经济核心在创新,创新活动应以价值工程为中心.
Now we are getting into the knowledge - based economy era, the third stage of the social economic development. There are many prerequisites for developing knowledge -based economy, such as flourishing industrial economy, high social educational level, great capacity for creating and applying new knowledge, high - tech industrial base and favorable circumstances for developing it and so on. But in China, only a few regions can satisfy such requirements.The key of developing knowledge - based economy lies in innovation, while the innovation activities should center on the value engineering.
