摘要
应用ＤＥＡ方法（数据包络分析法）分析了我国邮电工业企业的相对效益；证明了Ｃ２ＧＳ２模型对输出具有位移不变性，使之应用于具有负输出的情况；
The efficiency of the China posts and telecommunications industry and enterprise is analyzed with DEA; The properties of transmit invariance in C 2GS 2 model has been proved and it may be applied to cases in condition of negative output. In addition, a new approach by primary component analysis is suggested to rank the DMU having been identified efficiency.
