摘要
结合生产实际对玉米自交系的提纯复壮及五米制种中存在的技术问题进行了相关论述,指出玉米自交系的纯度是随基因频率变化而导致基因型频率变化而变化的.玉米自交系的防杂保存是保证杂交种种子纯度至关重要的因素,提出了玉米自交系保存的姊妹交或混交法的技术方案,对今后玉米制种工作具有一定的指导意义.
Technological issues about purification and rejuvenation of maize inbred line and producing seeds were discussed. The results showed that inbred strains was variety with the genetype frequency which was changed by the gene frequency. Pre-mixed reservation is the first element to ensure the quality of hybrid. The approaches of sisters cross and mixed cross were put forward.
