摘要
网络新闻评论借助网络的即时性和互动性,有助于全面认识新闻事件和社会现象、缩短新闻评论影响舆论的过程。但是在引导舆论的过程中也存在内容杂乱、难以控制等问题。针对这些问题,必须通过以下措施加强网络新闻评论的引导功能:一是要完善、落实相关的法律法规;二是要强化网络管理者的把关人作用;三是要加强对网民的素质教育。
The network news commentary get help from instant and interaction of network, contribute to a comprehensive understanding of news events and social phenomena, to shorten the process of influencing public opinion news comment. But in the process of guiding public opinion, there are also the clutter content, difficult to control and other issues. To solve these problems, we must strengthen the guidance function of network news commentary through the following measures： First, we must improve and implement the relevant laws and regulations. The second is to strengthen the gatekeeper role of network managers, third is to strengthen the quality of education of users.
