摘要
在实施西部大开发进程中,对原本生态环境十分脆弱的现状必须予以重视,切实加强生态环境保护与建设。
During the great west development, the status of eco-environment should be stressed, and eco-environmental protection and construction should be strengthened. In order to overcome the threshold ofgreat west development, 'irrigation works' should be transformed into 'water conservancy', the greatsafety vies of west development and eco-environmental protection should be made, and environmentalprotection department should play an important role and so on.
