作者从法制角度论述了建设监理制在工程全过程中对保证工程质量的重要性;并阐明了我国建筑工程程序应与国际建筑业接轨的新观点。
Author discusses importance of supervisory system to guarantee engineering quality in construction from legal point of view. And states that the building engineering procedure of our country should come into contact with international construction industry.
