摘要
目的 以较固定的体表标志设计重睑手术,避免出现双侧不对称,重睑线过高或过低等不良后果。方法根据上睑缘血管网上缘及自然上睑体表皱褶为标准设计650例重睑手术。结果 650例术后效果自然美观、对称,效果满意。结论 根据自然体表标志设计重睑手术,简单易行。
Objective Make the operation design depended on the regular physical marks. Methods The design and treatment of double eyelid plasty had been carried out for 650 cases according to physical mark. Both nature upper eyelid goffer and upper vessel net of margo palpebrae were used as a datum line. According to the base line,double eyelid plasty was performed. Results The effect of the operation almost like nature double eyelids. Conclusion The advantage of the method is the design-line is the regular physical marks and this method is easy to be mastered. Otherwise the asymmetry,unsuitable could be avoided.
