摘要
目前豫东地区乡镇中小学体育课程改革中的诸多阻抗因素,已成为影响基层学校体育课程改革深入发展的症结所在.文章通过问卷调研和数理分析得出其阻抗因素主要为:体育课改保障、评价、监督机制不完善;欠缺科学规划与管理,课改内涵认识不到位;经费保障和投入力度不足;师资力量不均衡;课程内容设置陈旧,课外体育活动开展方式单一.对其阻抗因素做出成因分析,并提出相应的对策与建议,以期为豫东地区乡镇中小学体育教育事业的发展提供服务与帮助.
As the numerous resistance factors in the process of sports curriculum reform in township primary and secondary in east region of Henan have become the crux of affecting development in-depth of sports curriculum reform in primary school.This article finds the resistance factors through the questionnaire survey and mathematical analysis,as the imperfection of sports course security,evaluation and supervision mechanism;lack of the scientific planning and management,not in place of cognition on connotation of curriculum reform;insufficience of funds safeguard and investment intensity;uneven faculty;the old course set,and the single way of extracurricular sports.The article analyzes the causes on resistance factors,and proposes the corresponding strategy and proposal,hope to provide the service and assistance for the development of sports education career in township primary and secondary in east region of Henan.
