摘要
目的:探讨人工髋关节置换术患者的护理,以提高人工髓关节置换治疗的效果,减少并发症的发生,提高患者的生活质量;方法:对髋关节置换术52例患者的临床护理,进行回顾性分析,它包括术前的心理护理、完善各项常规检查、功能锻炼指导和皮肤准备工作。术后应密切观察生命体征变化及切口渗血情况,保持切口负压引流通畅,维持丁字鞋固定,防止并发症,积极指导功能锻炼,做好出院指导;结果:病人手术过程顺利,术后恢复快,平均住院14.7天,随访6～12月,患者反映良好;结论:人工髋关节置换术是治疗髋关节疾患的有效方法,要确保手术成功,离不开医、护、患的共同合作。
Objective： To explore the perioperative nursing of the hip replacement, so as to raise the curative effect, reduce the complications and improve the patient＇ s quality of life; Methods： A retrospective analysis was made on the nursing of 52 cases with hip replacement.Including： before the operation： psychological nursing, the physics and chemistry checks, functional exercise; And after the operation： examination the body condition and drainage, keeping the drainage lucid, prevention of complications, fimctional exercise and discharge guidance; Results： All of the operations were successfully.And the patients bad a quickly restoration after the operation, only on average 14.7days in hospital.Followed up for 6- 12 months,all of them were Satisfied： Conclusion： The hip replacement is an effective way in treating the diseases of hip.The success of the operation is decided by the cooperation of doctor.nurse and the patient.
