摘要 目的:探讨脑利钠肽(BNP)水平变化对心力衰竭的诊断及预后的价值。方法:选取我院收冶的35例慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者及同期收治的以呼吸困难为主诉并排除心脏疾病患者20例为研究对象,采用酶联联免疫吸附法检测两组患者的血清BNP水平,评价BNP水平与心功能状况及心血管事件发生的关系。结果:CHF组BNP水平显著高于对照组,P<0.05。且CHF NYHA心功能分级越高,BNP水平越高,各亚组之间差异显著,P<0.05。结论:BNP水平能较好的反应左心室的功能状态,对CHF者的诊断、预后评估具有重要临床意义。 Ohjeetive: To investigate brain natriuretic peptide (BNPI level changes of heart failure diagnosis and prognosis of the value.Methods: Select our hospital 35 cases were chronic heart failure (CHF) in patients with the same and breathing difficulties were for complaints and eliminate heart disease patients 20 cases as the research object, using enzyme league immunosorbent adsorption test two sets of patients serum BNP levels. BNP levels and cardiac condition assessment and cardiovascular event relationship,Results: significantly higher than BNP levels of CHF group,P〈 0.05.And the higher NYHA CHF grading cardiac function. BNP level higher, significant difference between each and group. P〈0.05.Conelusion: BNP levels can better response left ventricular function of the state, the diagnosis, prognosis CHF evaluation has important clinical significance.
