吐哈油田采油污水处理技术

摘要 采油污水处理技术是油田开发过程中,提高油田开发水平和开发效果的有效手段。含油污水必须经过处理达到油田注水水质控制指标才能回注,为将油田污水处理合格后回注地层,吐哈油田采用诱导浮选—核桃壳初滤—双滤料精滤等方法进行了现场采油污水处理技术的研究与实践,处理后水质达到低渗透油田回注标准,并实施了回注。本文介绍了采油污水处理技术的实践过程及运行效果。 The technology of waste - water treatment in oilfield development can improve oilfield development level. The oily waste - water must be treated to meet the requirement of recirculated water. In order to make oily waste - water qualified recirculated water, the inducing flotation walnut shell as the first filtering stage - double filtering stage are adopted and practiced in the field. The treated waste - water has met the rejection standard for low permeability reservoir. The article introduces the process and the operation result of the oily waste - water treatment.
