摘要
建立现代企业制度的前提是明晰产权关系，而我国原有的产权制度中的产权关系 是不明晰的。本文从分析我国原有产权制度所造成的若干弊端入手，提出了解决 这一弊端的产权制度改革，进而明晰产权关系的原则和思路。
To establish modern enterprise system, we have to make relationship of property right clear. But most of the property right in our country is not clear yet. The essay analyses the shortcomings of our old property right system first, and then put forth the resolusion to the 'shortcomings, and make the principle and thinking of the property right clear.
