摘要
随着国有企业改革的不断深入和市场经济体制的建立和完善，现代企业处于空前激烈的竞争中，全面加强和改善国有企业管理是企业扭亏增盈的根本措施和建立现代企业制度的内在要求。其中，现代企业财务管理机制的建立及其具体运行是现代企业制度的核心内容和中心环节，而全方位地提高现代企业财务人员的业务素质是企业财务管理机制正常运行的重要保证。
With the deepening of the national enterprise reform and the setting up and perfecting of market economy system, modern enterprises are in keen competition. To strengthen and improve national business management overally is the basic measure for cnterprises to make up deficits and increase surpluses as well as the inherent requi site of setting up modern business system. Among them, setting up the system of modern business financial man agement and carrying it out are the key content and central line of modern business system;improving the working ability of the personnel is the important guarantee to ensure that the system of business financial management work properly.
