辐射小鼠胸腺淋巴细胞中凋亡细胞核的三维重建

摘要 本文对显微组织连续切片的三维重建中的难点问题——定位问题摸索总结出一套方法,通过对辐射小鼠胸腺淋巴细胞中凋亡细胞的连续切片,采用灰度表面模型法,对出现典型染色质凝集的凋亡细胞核进行三维重建。从而在超微结构水平对细胞及细胞器连续切片的三维重建研究作了初步探索。 A new method, which is the difficult point of 3-D reconstruction of biological microstructure by serial ultrathin slices, was proposed in this paper. Serial slices of apoptotic. cell in radiation-induced mouse thymus Lymphocyte were made. The apoptotic cell nucleus which has typical chromatin condensation was reconstructed by shade-surface modal. Thereby a elementary research of 3-D reconstruction of cell and organelle was made under ultrastructure level by serial ultrathin slices.
