摘要
某钢厂130T/H全燃煤气锅炉技术改造工程中。炉膛安全监控系统(FSSS)先后经过了硬件的升级、软件功能的改进、系统联合调试等几个阶段。经过各方的共同努力,系统可操作性得到明显的提升,锅炉保护的投入率达到100%,顺利地通过了72h试运,达到设计要求。
A steel 130T/H all coal-fired gas boiler technological transformation projects,furnace safety supervisory system(FSSS)has been to upgrade the hardware and software features to improve the system co-debugging stages.Through joint efforts,the system can be significantly improved operability, the input rate of the boiler to protect 100% successfully passed trial operation 72h,to meet the design requirements.
