摘要
随着计算机技术、微电子技术和通信技术的迅速发展,人工操作在产品测试中特别是新型微电子产品批量测试领域内已经不能满足实际的需要,为解决在某种特定条件下能够快速、准确、有效地实施产品质量测试问题,本文提出将利用射频识别技术(RFID,Radio Frequency Identification)、摄像头、传感器等感知、捕获测试产品信息,并结合计算机图形图像处理技术对产品质量信息进行定位检测处理,然后通过传感器节点网络进行信息交互和共享,再对产品测试数据和信息进行智能信息处理,最终构建了智能产品质量检测系统模型,从而极大地提高产品质量检测效率。
With computer technology,microelectronics technology and the rapid development of communication technology,the manual operation in product testing particularly novel microelectronic product batch testing field has been unable to meet the actual need,in order to solve a particular condition can be rapid,accurate,and effective implementation of product quality testing,the paper put forward using radio frequency identification technology(RFID,Radio Frequency Identification),camera,sensor,capture perception test product information,and the combination of computer graphics and image processing technology on product quality information in orientation detection and processing,and then through the sensor node network information interaction and sharing,to product testing data and information for intelligent information processing,the final construction of the intelligent products quality detection system model,which greatly improve the product quality detection efficiency.
