摘要
通过问卷调查,了解到影响高校体育场馆有偿开放的因素主要有硬环境和软环境两方面,硬环境主要是资金投入水平和场馆自身条件,软环境因素主要有思想意识、高水平运动队建设和管理规章建设。
By using method of questionnaires, it was found that the main factors influencing the non - gratuitous open ingymnasiums and sports grounds resources of colleges and universities are hard environment and soft environment. Hard envi-roment involved in the investment for physical education and the self - condition of gymnasiums and sports grounds. Soft en-vironment involved in consciousness, elite athlete teams, and statute of administration constructions.
