摘要
跳远属于斜抛运动,根据斜抛运动远度公式S=V^2sin2a/g可知,跳远的成绩与腾起初速度(V)和腾起角(a)有关。通过对中外优秀男子跳远运动员跳远技术的对比分析,发现我国男子跳远运动员提高成绩可以通过两种途径:一是提高绝对速度,同时适当降低助跑速度利用率,改进助跑最后几步的节奏,二是增大着板角和离地角,减小扇角,提高腾起角。
Long - jump belongs to slauting projectile motion. According to the speed formula of slanting projectile motionS = V^2sin2a/g, long - jump performance is directly concerned with both the initial speed of prance(V) and projectile angle(a). By comparing and analyizing long - jump skills of Chinese excellent male athletes and those of world athletes, it isfound to improve Chinese male long - jump athletes' performance in two ways: one is to raise absolute speed, and at thesame time to decrease utilizing rate of run - up speed, accordingly and improve the rhythm of run - up last few steps; theother is to enlarge touch - down angle and take - off angle, make fan - shaped angle smaller and expand projectile angle.
