摘要
本文介绍了一种多层次天然药物数据库的结构和构建 ,并对其特色进行了描述 ,其中 ,数据库信息横跨宏观、微观两大层次和在数据库建设中引入量子化学计算是该多层次天然药物数据库的最大特点 ,此外 ,对多层次天然药物数据库的发展和应用前景进行了探讨。
The structure and construction of a multi-aspect database of chinese traditional medicine are introduced in this paper and the characteristics of the database are described.The most obvious characteristics of the database are its extensive information which spanning macro and micro world,and the results of quantum chemistry calculation were introduced to the construction of a natural drug database,which is the first time in this kind of databases we have known.In addition,the development and application of the database are discussed in this paper.
