摘要
针对高速转子试验所用的高速轴承不仅价格贵 ,而且往往短期内得不到供货的现实 ,提出了对性能稍低的成品轴承进行试验筛选的方法来获取转子试验所急需的轴承 .该方法已在某型火箭发动机氢、氧涡轮泵转子的动力特性试验中得到成功应用 .它加快了该科研项目的研制进度 ,节约了约 3 0万元的轴承开支 ,显示出便利性。
A rather rapid and aconomical method has been used to acquire bearings that are badly needed for high speed rotor test,since there would be money and time to buy such bearings.Some better bearings are selected out from those already made ones whose performances are a bit below the stanard.And the select bearings have been successfully used in the rotor dynamic test of hydrogen and oxygen turbine pumps which are parts of certain rocket engines.The result is seen as has saved time and cut down RMB 300,000 or so buying bearings.Such tests show he method to be convenient economical and technically reliable.
