摘要
利用 8 5 0 3和 85 0 5菌种固态发酵白酒糟和液态发酵白酒糟和薯干酒精糟的混合糟 ,优化了试验条件 .在该条件下 ,固态白酒糟经 48h发酵后 ,粗蛋白由 2 2 .4%提高到 34.0 % ,与原糟相比 ,粗蛋白提高了 5 1.8% ,氨基酸总量提高了 6 2 .5 % ,其中赖氨酸提高了 111.1% ;液态发酵混合糟经 72h发酵后 ,粗蛋白由 2 2 .5 %提高到 36 .9% ,与原糟相比 ,粗蛋白提高了6 4 2 % ,氨基酸总量提高了 5 4.5 % ,其中赖氨酸提高了 40 .8% .发酵后混合酒糟上清液COD由 2 0 0 73 .6mg/L降为 2 937.6mg/L ,COD去除率高达 85 .4% .
The distillers' grains of white spirit was fermented by strains 8503 and 8505 with solid\|state method,and a mixed distillers' grains of white spirit and alcohoe from sweet potato was fermented by the same strains with liquid state method.The experimental conditions were optimized.After 48 hours fermentation of solid distillers' grains,the protein fraction increased from 22.4% to 34 0%.As compare with the initial content,protein increased by 51.8%,total amino acids increased by 62.5%(lysine increased by 111 1%).After 72 hours fermeentation of the mixed distillers' grains,the protein fraction increased from 22.5% to 36.95%.As compare with the initial content,protein incresed 36.9%,total amino acid increased by 54.5% (lysine increased by 40.8%).COD content was cut down from 20073.6?mg/L before fermentation to 2937.6?mg/L after fermentation COD removal efficiency reached to 85 37%.
