摘要
在对企业再造理论进行了深入的分析研究基础上，针对我国的具体情况，提出了关于我国实施企业再造工作的一般模式，相信该模式对开展我国国企改革、脱困工作将会起到积极的促进作用．
Based on the analysis of theory of reengineering couporation and status of chinesc corporations This paper Presents the general the general mode about the corporate reengineering. It is ofvious that thes model should affect the refoum of state-owned enterprises and sever the hell.
