摘要
文章介绍了真空低温环境下辐照度标准装置的研制情况,包括装置的工作原理、组成及达到的技术指标,分析了装置的不确定度,给出了装置的应用结果,对一台绝对辐射计在真空低温环境下和大气环境下校准的修正系数和灵敏度进行了比较。
This paper introduces the development of Vacuum Cryogenic Environment Irradiance Standard Facility,including the principle of the facility,its subsystems and achieved specifications.The uncertainty analysis and the application result of the facility are also given.The correction factors and irradiance sensitivities of an absolute radiometer calibrated in vacuum cryogenic environment are compared with those in atmosphere condition.
