摘要
以长江科学院院务管理为对象 ,研讨办公室公务管理计算机应用方案。研究工作主要包括 :定义系统功能模型 ,构造主要工作流 ,选择开发运行环境 ,确定技术路线与实现的方法步骤。
Computer application in office official management is discussed.The research work comprises mainly giving a difinition of the system function model,constructing workflow,choosing development and operation environment and deciding technical lines as well as the way to realize it.
