摘要
马克思产权理论认为 ,生产力发展水平决定产权制度演变。自 1978年以来 ,经过 2 0年的发展 ,我国的农业生产已经取得了巨大的进步 ,这就很自然地将促进农业生产的产权组织形式的发展。本文通过实证研究 ,探讨了农业产业化发展及其产权创新的有关问题。
The Maxism property right theory suggest that the level of the productivity has determinated the transformation of the property right institution.Our argriculture practice for more then two decades has indicated that a great congress has been made in the argriculture which will naturely produce the new form of property right organization.This paper will inquiry the relationship between the argriculture industrialization and the property right innovating.
