摘要
近7年来我国西部油气产量快速增长,对东部产量递减起着明显的增补作用,西部接替东部的格局正逐步形成;西部油气探明率普遍偏低,后发优势明显,但地质条件极其复杂,勘探开发极为困难,资源转化面临严峻挑战;要有所突破,必须开展新一轮精细的地质综合研究,进一步突破勘探的核心技术;我国未来能源接替的贡献点可能主要是西部的天然气,因此我国能源战略安全应当重视"油气并举",加快提高天然气在我国一次能源消费中的比重。西部油气是我国未来油气产业的希望所在。
In the last 7 years,the western oil and gas production increases in high-speed,which is supplement for the eastern decreasing oil and gas production progressively The pattern that position of the east is replaced by the west is forming. The proven rate of reserves in west is lower,later- striking advances is obvious. However,geological conditions are rather complicated and it is difficult for oil and gas to be ex- plored and developed in the west. Resources tramformation is faced with severe challenges. To make a breakthrough,a new round of meticulous geological comprehensive research should be initiated and key techniques in exploration should be sur- mount further. Gas in west may be the main contribution to Chinese energy substitution in the future. Therefore,in order to ensure energy strategic secure,'Developing Oil and Gas Si- multaneously'should be attached importance to,the ratio of natural gas in primary energy consumption in China should be improved quickly. Western oil and gas is the hope of energy industry in China for the future.
