摘要
加入世贸组织可以使中国经济全面融入国际经济体系,充分享受当代国际分工的比较利益。但是,长期处于高度政策壁垒下的中国银行业,尤其是国有商业银行,不可避免地将面临外资银行的全面冲击,惟一的出路就是加快业务、体制、用人机制等方面的创新,提高国有商业银行的核心竞争力。
Entering into WTO can make Chinese economy mix together with international economic system all round,can enjoy the comparative benefit of contemporary international division of labor fully. But over a long period of time, China's Banking and in high policy barriers, especially state-owned commercial Bank, will come under attack of foreign Capital Bank inevitably. Speeding up blazing new trails on sides of profession structure and the system of personnel placement and improving the kernel competition of state-owned commercial bank will be the only outlet.
