摘要
在基于高速DSP的系统中,一种常见的做法是将FLASH作为系统的外置程序存储器。以实际中频信号处理系统为背景,介绍SST39VF800A型FLASH和TMS320C6701型DSP的特点及接口技术,说明系统加电后实现从FLASH引导程序的方法,最后给出擦/写FLASH的程序代码。
Using FLASH as expansive memorizer is a current usage in the high speed system based on DSP. The characteristics of SST39VF800A FLASH, C6701 DSP and interface technology on the basis of practical IF signal processing system are introduced. The method of FLASH booting program after system powered on is described. The erasing and writing programs of FLASH are given in the end.
