摘要
田径竞赛制度的先进与否直接影响一个国家田径运动水平的发展。因此,田径竞赛制度必须符合田径运动的发展规律,必须服务于运动员和教练员,必须逐步地与国际赛制相接轨,才能真正提高我国的田径运动水平。
As the basis and guidance of organizing and implementing athletic competition,and as the principle that all the athletic should abide by,system reform has directly affect the national athletic development.In order to improve the level of our athletic,the competition system must be accordant with the development rule,must serve for athletes and coachers,and integrate with the international competition system step by step.
