摘要
以“就业为导向”的高等职业教育的最大特点是专业上具有鲜明的职业属性,而高等职业教育“能力本位”中方法能力、社会能力等凸显出加强人文教育之必要。文章分析高职人文教育的意义、特点,提出了高职院校实施人文素质教育的对策。
Distinct vocational speciality is the first characteristic in vocational colleges, which is aimed at obtaining employment. Method and social capabilities of 'natural instinct of capability' enhance the essential of humanistic quality-oriented education. By analysing the significance, characteristics of exploring the strategy to effective performance, the article puts forward some measures to humanistic quality-oriented education.
