This text has introduced the optimization and improvement of the heating procedure in winter of living quarters of LinYuan Refinery . Expound the comparison of measure content, discussion about the economic question of technology, the estimating of investment and economic benefits,ect., have pointed out optimizing and improved implementing scheme.
