摘要
目的:改进医学检验专业免疫学及免疫学检验技术课程的教学,为修订教学大纲提供依据。方法:对浙江省72家医院检验科免疫学检验项目的开展情况进行调查,与现行教学大纲、毕业实习大纲进行比较、分析。结果:现行教学大纲与医院检验科免疫学检验项目存在较大差异,其中有14个项目几乎在被调查医院中均采用,有13个项目在被调查医院基本不开展。结论:需根据临床实际修订现行教学大纲,调整实验技能训练考核内容。
[Objective]To improve the teaching level of immunology and inspection technology in the specialty of medical laboratory sciences.[Methods]Immunology items of clinical laboratories in 72 hospitals in zhejiang province were investigated and were compared with current course syllabus and practice syllabus.[Results]There were some differences between current teaching syllabus and inspection items.Fourteen items were adopted by these hospitals and thirteen items weren't. [Conclusions]According to the needs of practice,we should adjust the course syllabus and adjust the content of experimental skill training.
