摘要
本文根据1999年夏季对北京市区42户安装空调住宅的调查结果及空调房间室温的测试数据,分析和了解住宅房间空调器的运行特点,依据热舒适理论,确定出房间空调的启动温度为29℃左右,而房间空调的控制温度则为26℃。本文的论述为住宅建筑的能耗分析以及住宅热性能的分析评价提供了基础。
Energy consumption for heating and cooling demands in residential buildings is determined not only by outdoor environments, but also by the use of air conditioners, which includes such information as continuous and intermittent running mode, set point of air conditioner to start up and another set point which determines the desired value of the room air temperature being controlled by air conditioner. Therefore knowledge of the actual use of air conditioners in existing residential buildings is essential to right prediction of energy consumption and reasonable assessment of thermal performance of residential buildings. This paper presents the investigation results of the use of air conditioners in 42 air-conditioned residential units in Beijing in the summer of 1999. It is clear that air conditioners in residential buildings are usually worked in the evening and nighttime with occupants' presence at home, and their running mode is intermittent rather than continuous. As for the set points of air conditioner to start up and the desired value of the room air temperature, it is concluded that the former is 29℃, while the latter is 26℃. That is to say, thermal sensation of occupants in non-air conditioned environment is smaller than that in air conditioned environment. Such investigation results agree with the research results conducted in test room.
