摘要
介绍了电磁轴承的基本组成及其工作原理,并设计了以TMS320F240为核心的数字控制系统,包括改进的MCEP算法和多文件工程结构的软件设计方法;针对定点DSP在控制程序中数值运算的定标和溢出问题找到了一种有效的解决方法。
The composition and operational principle of electromagnetic beari ngs(EMB) and designs digital control system based on TMS320F240 board are intro duced,including improved MCEP control algorithm and Multi-files project structure software design method.A method to solve the calibration and overflow about the numerical computation of control program by digital signal processor(DSP) is found.The readability,maintainability and expansibility are improved.After the experiment of single freedom degree active magnetic bearings,the stable sus pension is achieved.
