摘要
简述了地方小电厂并网后,对电力系统安全及继电保护和安全自动装置的影响,并提出了有关对策,以保障电网的安全稳定运行。
Anstract: At present, the quantity of local power plants is becoming more and more, they connected with the Power Network, bring a lots of problems to the operation of Power system .In this essay, the authors, give a brief statement about the influence for the security of Power system , relay protection and automatic devices, with putting the local power plants in operation on the power network. The relevant countermeasures are put forward to ensure the security of the Power network.
