摘要
我国加入WTO,对我国的成人高等教育带来深刻影响,成人高等教育挑战与机遇并存。我们应积极推进成人高等教育的现代化进程;增加对成人高等教育的投入;更新成人高等教育观念;注重软科学的发展;逐步建立和完善终身教育体系;大力发展“远程教育”,尤其是网络教育。
To accede WTO has deep influence on adult higher education,and brings challenge and opportunity to it.We should positively advance its modernization process,increase investment;renew concept,attatch importance to developing soft science,gradually set up and perfect life-education system,greatly develop“long-distance education”,espeeially network education.
