摘要
针对铁基刹车材料结合性工艺的研究,制定了多阶段升温、保温,多阶段加压,提高单位烧结压力,并严格控制升温速率的烧结工艺,成功的解决了该产品结合性不合格的问题。
Adhesion technology about certain sets of military product iron based brake material was researched. The sintering technology of multistage raising temperature, heat preservation, multistage increased pressure, raising unit preservation of sintering and controlling the speed of raising temperature was made by argumentation. The propblem of adhesion unqualified was solved;
