摘要
心理相融是领导班子和谐的基础,是构建和谐领导班子的增长点。实现领导班子心理相融要关注“不谐音”,把重心和支点放在个人自我调节上。
Psychological communication is the basis of harmoniousness of leading group,the increasing point of constructing harmonious society.To realize the psycholigical communication of leading group,we should attach importance to unharmoniousness.Put the center of mass and strong point on their own regulation.
