摘要
高校档案工作是高校管理工作的重要组成部分,要针对目前工作中存在的问题,积极探索工作新思路,提高档案管理水平提高认识,加强管理,理顺管理体制;建立健全档案管理体制;加强档案管理人才队伍建设;强化安全意识,加强监督管理。
Archive work is a great part of administrative work in universities and colleges.Presently,in the light of the problems that exist in work,actively seek thinking to improve administrative level,and raise recognization,streng then administration,make administrative system clear,and set up perfect administrative system of files,perfect staffs,and intensify safe consciousness,strengthen supervisory administration.
