摘要
综述了近年来国内外花卉品质改良研究进展．常规育种虽然是花卉品种改良的主要方法．但有其局限性．现在日益成熟的生物技术为花卉品种改良提供了新的方法,分子育种已在植物的花色、花型、花期、花香、花卉保鲜、抗性等方面取得了一定的成果．
Advances of research in flower's characters in the world in recent years were reviewed.Cross breeding and selection are still the main processes to breed new ornamental cultivars,but they have limita- tions.With the progress in biotechnology,some new breeding methods have become the focus of the ornamental plant breeding,and made progress on exciting achievements improvement,which include colour,shape,fra- grance,vase life and resistance and so on.
