摘要
以Ti(OC4H9)4为原料,研究了用溶胶-凝胶方法合成出纳米TiO2粉体的影响因素和用合成的纳米TiO2粉体碳热还原氮化制备TiN粉体的反应条件,用XRD对纳米TiO2粉体和TiN粉体分别进行了表征,并对TiN粉体的反应机理进行了探讨.
Regarding Ti(OC_4H_9)_4 as the raw material,it has been studied that the impacting factors of nano TiO_2 powder synthesized by sol-gel method and the nitriding reaction conditions of preparing TiN powder by the carbothermal reduction nitridation of the synthetic nano TiO_2.Nano TiO_2 powder and TiN powder were characterized separately by XRD.It has also explored the reaction mechanism of TiN powder.
