摘要
制备了不同碳纤维含量的U型碳纤维增强水泥基复合材料.不同含量的碳纤维具有不同的半导体性质(p型和n型),利用此性质,测试了由于温度差引起的电动势(Thermoelectric Force,TEF),用有限元模拟的方法研究了碳纤维水泥基复合材料在两端有温度差作用时的温度分布情况,辅助分析了温差电动势现象.结果表明,碳纤维水泥基材料存在着温差电动势现象,有可能作为一种感温探头来使用.
The carbon fiber reinforced cement(CFRC) was prepared.Because of different contents of carbon fiber,the CFRC is p-junction or n-junction semiconductor.So its thermoelectric force(TEF) was measured.The finite element method is used to research the temperature distribution of CFRC under different temperature.Also it helps to analyze the thermoelectric force.The result shows that the CFRC composite has the thermoelectric force.And finite element method could simulate the temperature distribution to analyze the TEF.
