摘要
通过对吉林省几所理工科院校参加考研大学生在考研前心理健康状况的调查,发现这些大学生在考前3~6个月的心理强迫、焦虑、敌对症状与体育锻炼有密切关系。所以,体育锻炼有助于改善大学生心理健康水平。学校其它教育手段与体育锻炼相结合,是解决学生心理健康的重要途径。
Investigations on the psychological health status of the undergraduates of some universities of science and technology in Jilin province,who want to take part in the postgraduate entrance examination,show that their psychological symptoms,such as forced,anxious and hostile,have close relation with how much physical training they participate when there are 3 to 6 months left before the postgraduate exam.So physical training contributes to improving their psychological health level.The combination of knowledge teaching and physical training is an important way to solve their psychological health problems.
