摘要
王安石变法是中国历史上一次重要的变法改革。分析王安石变法的经验与教训,对后世为政者实行改革有借鉴意义:一、为政者首先必须确立正确的改革理念;二、为政者要善于把握并营造和利用改革的各种环境;三、为政者要准确识人用人,确保改革有序进行;四、为政者要切实抓住改革落实这一关键。
Wang Anshi's reforms are important reforms throughout the Chinese history.They are of great significance for the governors to introduce reforms by analyzing experienices and lessons of Wang Anshi's reforms.1)Governors must have the right belief in reforms.2)Governors should be good at grasping and making use of environments built by reforms.3)governors must employ the appropriate person in order to keep the reforms go on smoothly and orderly.4)Governors must fulfill the reforms carefully.
