摘要
本文以广州市为例回顾了住房保障制度的演变过程,描述了当前住房保障体系的状况, 分析了住房制度改革对不同群体的影响,并对住房保障效果进行了评价。
This paper reviews the evolution process of housing assurance by taking an example of Guangzhou, describes current situation of housing reform system on different groups, and appraises effects of housing assurance.
