摘要
目前诚信危机已经成为社会普遍关注和亟待解决的问题。本文分析诚信、道德及诚信缺失的原因,并提出改变诚信缺失现状的建议:一是改传统人事档案为人才业绩档案;二是构建社会职业诚信体系;三是强化职业诚信体系的作用。
Presently,the crisis of trust already become universal attentive and urgent solving question.The paper analyzes trust,morality and the reason of trust defect,and put forward the advice of changing situation of trust defect: the first,convert traditional personal file into talent achievement file;the second,construct society professional trust system;the third,strengthen the role of professional trust system.
