摘要
近年来,我国高校贫困生问题日益突出,突出表现为贫困生数量不断增长,比例不断增加,来源呈现多样化,引发其它问题多。解决好这个问题,对于构建社会主义和谐社会,促进高等教育健康协调发展,教育公平的实现以及贫困生健康成才,都有重要意义。在此基础上提出了“四个完善”的解决对策,即完善高校贫困生资助的法规,完善以助学贷款为主体、以勤工助学为主导、其他措施为补充的贫困生资助体系,完善贫困生资助工作管理体制,完善社会支持网络体系。
In recent years,poor college students' questions become more and more prominence.The form of expression is the increasing quantity,diversity of source,increase of proportion,and leads to many problems.Solving them is very important to construct harmonious society,promote healthy development of higher education,realize educational justice and poor students' development.On the basis of them,the paper puts forward solving ways: perfect the rules of aiding them,aiding-student loans as the main part,work-study program as the main direction and other supplementary measures;and perfect management system and the system of network of social support.
