摘要
现代管理越来越注重人的心理因素对人的行为所起的作用,在管理过程中运用刚性与柔性管理相结合的方法,共同培养管理者与被管理者的主动观念、纪律观念、责任感、忠诚感、荣誉感及相互依赖,达到良好的管理效果。
More and more attention is being paid to impact of psychological factors on one's behavior in modern man- agement;Hardness is coupled with softness management in administration; Administrative personnel and the opposite party --those who are administered are co-cultivated in their active concept,discipline concept,sense of responsibility,loy- alty,honor and mutual dependence to achieve ideal management standard.
